Customer Notice Regarding Covid-19 (coronavirus).

In these challenging times we would like to reassure you about the appropriate steps Zen Graphics Limited are taking to minimise the effect that COVID-19 is having on our business. As things change, it will be our aim to keep you informed and updated.

The following is an overview of the current position and actions being taken:

  • We have no cases of COVID-19 within the company, our staff or their families and we are fully operational.
  • There is no foreseen disruption at this stage other than possible extensions to shipping times depending on local cases to your areas, this is mainly for international orders. We will be having no visitors to our warehouse during this period to minimise any risk of outbreak.
  • Our production and dispatch remains open. Signage orders are being fulfilled and delivery times remain mostly unaffected. We have stocked up excess in materials to keep up with demand should suppliers begin to struggle with imports.
  • We are in contact with our main suppliers to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis. All of our suppliers remain fully functional currently.

As things stand, our company is working as usual, and we are doing everything practicably possible to manage the situation. Updates will follow if circumstances change further.

UK postage times are likely to be greatly effected with the lockdown, Black Friday and Christmas coming very soon. To combat this we are using TRACKED only services with Royal Mail at the moment. These have priority handling at all depots, even over First class mail. 

During the previous lockdown, these services kept delivery times quick and customer feedback was positive overall despite delays in other areas.


UK lockdown is back in force. We can continue to work and deliver all orders as usual. We are monitoring the situation with delivery times and options. In the previous lockdown, standard delivery options were taking up to two weeks, so we may be forced to switch to tracked services only.

Using Special Delivery and Tracked Services over the last two weeks has really improved delivery times and customer feedback.

For example: there are significant delays with La Poste (France) in particular.

USPS (USA) is running with special measures, so delays are expected.

Deutsche Post (and DHL Germany) are also experiencing delays.

Website is now back live from our maintenance. Please bare in mind that Royal Mail and international Post Services (such as USPS, La Poste, Correos etc.) have staff shortages and some delivery times may be longer than expected.

We're still open and running. None family members of staff have been furloughed for their safety and the safety of the community. 

All orders are reaching destinations in good delivery times overall, be that within the UK or for our overseas customers.
