Our order system is currently unavailable while site maintenance occurs and some staff are on holiday. A new update will be posted when we have a specific date new orders can be made.

If you have questions about an order you have already made or general enquiries please email sales@zengraphics.co.uk.

Meanwhile, browsing is fully accessible and items can be added to your carts and wishlists.

Christmas Posting Dates:

For delivery before Christmas within the UK, orders will need to be placed on or before Monday 12th December. Where possible we will upgrade shipping options to ensure deliveries ASAP.

For delivery to the EU and USA, the last post day for Christmas delivery is Thursday 8th December. Orders will need to be placed by 4th December to ensure delivery for Christmas.

Zen Graphics Down Time

Our website will be fully operational during Christmas and New Year, so feel free to place your orders ready for 2023. We finish work on the 22nd December and return on 3rd January.

Order Queue

The majority of our products are made to order, this means that on occasion our order queue can be very large and it can take a few days from the point at which you ordered for the parts to be manufactured, packaged and dispatched.

On rare occasions this may be extended to a week or more for dispatch. At these times it is usually down to multiple factors, including but not limited to: machine maintenance, website maintenance, materials on back order and staff shortage / illness.
