Christmas 2024 and New Year Opening Times

Christmas and New Year 24/25 Update

As the year draws to a close we'd like to thank all of our customers for their continued support and interest this year. 

We will close for Christmas on Friday 20th December and reopen in the New Year on Thursday 2nd January. 

Last order date for delivery by Christmas within the UK is Tuesday 17th December. We cannot guarantee international orders will be delivered before Christmas. All new orders placed after these dates will be sent in the New Year.

We may need a day or two of website down time during this period. All functions of the site will work as normal except for the ability to place an order.

Order Queue:

The majority of our products are made to order, this means that on occasion our order queue can be very large and it can take a few days from the point at which you ordered for the parts to start to be manufactured, packaged and dispatched.

On rare occasions this may be extended to a week or more for dispatch. At these times it is usually down to multiple factors, including but not limited to: machine maintenance, website maintenance, materials on back order and staff shortage / illness.
